Currency and order total

All product prices and payments are in Australian dollars (AUD). The cart and checkout show the products selected, applicable taxes, shipping charge and complete amount payable before you submit the order.

Accepted payment methods

Available credit card, debit card and accelerated payment methods are displayed at checkout. Availability can vary by device or payment provider. We do not advertise or accept a payment method unless it is enabled at checkout.

Secure payment processing

Anyorel is hosted by Shopify and checkout uses HTTPS encryption. Card details are entered into authorised payment-processing systems. Anyorel does not ask customers to send full card numbers, expiry dates or security codes by email or telephone. Learn about Shopify PCI compliance.

Authorisation and declined payments

Your payment provider may perform fraud and address checks. If payment is declined, check the entered details or contact your bank. We cannot see a bank’s confidential decline reason and an order is not confirmed until payment is successfully authorised.

Charges and refunds

The amount shown at checkout is charged once the order is submitted according to the selected payment method. After the applicable return or cancellation is approved, Anyorel processes refunds to the original payment method within 10 business days. A bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the credit. Full conditions are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy. We never request additional payment through an unrelated personal account.

Help

If a payment succeeded but no confirmation appears, do not repeatedly submit the order. Check your email and then contact us with the approximate time and amount—never include complete card details.
