Returns and refunds
Eligible unused, complete goods may be requested for return within 30 calendar days after delivery. The customer pays change-of-mind return postage; no restocking fee applies.
After an authorised return is received, inspected and approved, Anyorel processes the refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Only the product, quantity and accessories stated in the description are included. Decorative items shown in photographs are excluded unless expressly listed.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
Contact us with your order number and photographs where helpful. Anyorel pays reasonable return costs for confirmed faulty, transit-damaged or incorrect goods. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by our 30-day change-of-mind policy.

Availability and order acceptance
Availability is displayed for the selected product option. Adding an item to a cart does not reserve it. If an unexpected inventory error occurs after checkout, we will contact you and refund the unavailable item.
